There are various user profiles on SY:
- Manager
- Guest Supplier Manager
- Administrator
- Supplier Accountant
- Customer Accountant
User rights on SY depend on the user profile:

Rights apply to the groups to which the user belongs
For example:
- I can view all companies for which I have authorisations,
