How do I know if I have a new message about one of my orders?
Customers and suppliers can exchange messages from an order provided that both partners have access to the SY portal, and that they accept the exchange of messages about the order.
Attachments can also be sent and received.
In the list of orders, messages are notified through a pictogram on the order lines:

: No message has been exchanged in the order

: There are read messages in the order
-
: You have a new unread message in the order
The absence of a pictogram on a line indicates that the messaging option is not active with your partner.
