I no longer want to use the SY portal. How can I implement reversibility to recover my bills?
At any time, you can request the return of all the archives present in the SY portal.
To do this, please send a request on the SY Information Centre with "SY portal reversibility" as the subject line. Our teams will contact you to activate reversibility.
However, even if you no longer intend to submit new invoices to your clients on the SY portal, your invoices and documents will be kept and will remain accessible for the entire legal duration of their archival.
