Where is the menu to access orders sent by my customer ?
You can view orders using the “Orders” menu in the SY main menu bar
You can also click the “Orders” tile on the home page.
The Orders menu and tile are shown only if one of your customers has already sent you at least one order.
If you do not see this option, it is because SY has never accepted orders affecting you.
We advise you to contact your customer to check that orders intended for you have actually been issued. If so, you can send a request to our customer service department.
