Is an invoice sent by email visible immediately in the invoice tracking?
When you send invoices by email, you receive a notification by email.
If your email is compliant (type and number of attachments), the notification informs you that your message has been taken into account. In this case, your message can be seen on the SY Portal in "Invoices being processed". At the end of the processing and data extraction, the invoices will be visible in "My sent invoices". Depending on the process, it may take a few minutes or a day.
If your email does not comply, the notification informs you of the rejection of your message and the reason for the rejection. In this case, your message is not processed and is not visible on the SY Portal. You must correct the error and resend your invoice.
