How to create a user?
⚠ Only users with the “Manager” or “Administrator” profile can perform this action.
To create a new user:
- Click on the drop-down menu located at the top right of your screen, then on User Management .
The user management screen is displayed. - Click Add User.
A user's input form. - Enter the email address of the user to be created.
- If the connection to the SY portal must be made via your company's SSO, check the Company user box.
- Fill in the user's identity information.
- Assign him a profile and a group of companies or establishments for which he must manage invoicing.
NOTE: It is possible to assign multiple profiles and groups to the same user, giving the highest level of permissions corresponding to their scope. - Save your changes.
The user is created. An email is sent to the previously provided email address with the username and password allowing them to connect to the SY portal. Once logged in, they will only be able to access invoices from companies or establishments affiliated with their group and act on these invoices according to the profile assigned to them.
