What do the different user profiles correspond to?
Each user can be assigned permissions to secure access and actions on invoices issued or received from the SY portal. These permissions, called profiles, correspond to the actions that the user can perform within the invoicing scope for which they are responsible and vary depending on the features enabled for your company.
Only one profile is available for member accounts:
- Portal Administrator: It allows the user to perform any action on the SY portal (billing management, billing scope management, company information management).
For guest accounts, three profiles are available:
- Responsible
- Guest Client Manager
- Guest Supplier Manager
Each user can combine several profiles if they need to work on the billing scope of several establishments or several companies.
