After logging in to the SY portal:

1. Click on your name shown at the top of the page to bring up the preferences and users management menu.
2. In the menu, select the My Account option
3. On the My Account page, click on the Change my password link at the top right of the page that contains your information
4. Enter your current password
5. Enter your new password

 note: this new password must respect the constraints of length and complexity set in SY (8 characters minimum, at least a capital letter and a special character)

6. Retype your new password to make sure you do not make a typo
7. Confirm it so that your new password is registered

Your old password is immediately deactivated and replaced by the new one.
