I asked for my username to be resent but I did not receive the expected email
If you ask for your username to be resent and you do not receive an email from the SY Portal:

Check the email is not in your spam folder,

Check that the sender email address (donotreply@sybycegedim.com) is not black-listed

Make sure you are checking the mailbox associated with your user account

Contact the SY Account Manager
