I did not receive the password reset email. What should I do?
If you haven't received the password reset email, try the following:
- Check that the email address you entered is the one associated with your SY user account, and that you have already signed in using this address.
- Make sure you are checking the inbox associated with your user account.
- Check that the email was not delivered to your spam/junk folder.
- Check that the sender donotreply@sybycegedim.com or the sender defined beforehand by your company or by the company that invited you to use the SY portal, is not blocked.
If, after completing these checks, you still cannot find the email, please contact customer support.
