In accordance with Polish regulations, an invoice must be validated by the national platform Krajowy System e-Faktur (KSeF) in order to be considered officially issued.

This validation generates:

• a unique KSeF number,
• an acquisition date corresponding to the legal registration date of the invoice.

This information is now available in the SY portal (invoice list and invoice details), enabling you to track the regulatory status of your invoices with full transparency.

To view this information in the SY portal, you need to add the columns Invoice number assigned during CTC and Acquisition date for CTC in the invoice tracking screens.
