If I do not have a billing tool, can I use the portal to enter an invoice?

Invoice entry is a feature available in SY. However, it is optional and activated on a per-client basis.
To see the ways your clients allow you to submit your invoices, go to "My Clients". The "Transmission mode" column shows if entry is allowed for each client.
