On the lists of invoices issued and invoices received, you can mark an invoice as “Read”.

You can use this indicator at your convenience, to identify the invoices that you have read, processed or sent to your accountant according to your own organisation.

This indicator (Read/Unread) is shared by all the users in your company who can view the invoice. It is not shared with your partner.

You can mark an invoice as read (or unread) individually

from the list of invoices

from the invoice details

Or as a batch, by selecting several invoices on the list and clicking on “Mark as Read/Unread”

The icon indicating that an invoice has been read is an eye:

Invoices are “Unread” by default and no icon is displayed.

You can use the “Read/Unread” filter.
