⚠️ After five unsuccessful login attempts, the user account is locked for 30 minutes.

A user account with the Manager profile can unlock a blocked account without delay:

1. Click on the user profile icon.
2. Select User Management .
3. Click on the locked account line to access the details.
4. Click Unlock .

The status of the blocked account will change from Locked to Active .
