How can I know if I have a new message on one of my invoices?
In the invoices list, the Messaging option is represented by the column showing speech bubble icons.
When a new message is received, the icon on the line of the relevant invoice appears blue.
The icon changes color depending on the event:
- Blue: unread messages.
- Gray: history with read messages.
- White: no conversation history.
⚠️ The absence of an icon on a line indicates that the Messaging option is not active for this customer/supplier.
